THE MAKERS SERIES

The Makers series was created in collaboration with DeVonn Francis of Yardy World, and highlights the work of three Black artists whose works grace our packaging,  Mary L. Bennett, of the legendary Gee's Bend quilters, Joe Light, and Ronald Lockett – all visionary, boundary-bursting practitioners

DeVonn's contribution, a recipe inspired by the work of Bennett, Light, and Lockett, combines ingredients drawn from his Jamaican Heritage - ginger, bay leaf, and chamomile flower - with single-origin white cacao beans sourced by Casa Bosques from Chiapas, Mexico.
