Enoki and Shimeji mushrooms provide an umami kick, laced with fruity accents to compliment 70% dark chocolate.
Shimeji and Enoki mushrooms have been growing in the forests of Eastern Asia since ancient times. Densely packed with essential nutrients, and antioxidants, they are known for their medicinal properties, often used to boost the immune system.
