Gohar World makes objects for the table: playful, generous, a little surreal. Casa Bosques began with the same instinct, treating chocolate as something to gather around rather than just eat. Our friendship goes back years, and these bars are what came of it: three flavors meant for the end of a meal, passed from hand to hand.

Olive Oil
70% dark chocolate with organic extra virgin olive oil from century-old trees in Kour, Lebanon. The oil comes from black Souri olives picked late in the season, which makes it round, velvety and gently sweet. Lovely on its own, or melted into a long baguette.

Preserved Orange
Slices of preserved orange in fruity dark chocolate. Bright and open.

Milk Chocolate & Toasted Hazelnuts
Our homage to Italian gianduja: slow-roasted hazelnuts in creamy milk chocolate.
