Cast in the form of a brick — made for the Serpentine Summer Party as part of an installation alongside LANZA atelier’s 2026 Pavilion.

The shape is the pavilion’s own: adobe, one of the world’s oldest building materials. Local, elemental, shaped from what the ground already offers. The cacao follows the same logic.

Acriollado — a wild bean from Tabasco, Mexico that has reverted, without intervention, toward its original Criollo lineage. One of the rarest varietals on earth. Its deep orange color mirrors the bricks that inspired its form.

Lactic. Fruited. Pure.
