White Label is our series for rare beans. It follows cacao from wild regions and small ranches, often heirloom varieties that few people grow anymore and that may not come back. Each edition is a single harvest, made in a very small run and labeled simply, so the bean speaks for itself.

This edition comes from a small ranch in Pichucalco, Chiapas, harvested in 2024. The weather has since interrupted its cultivation, and this bean is no longer grown.
