Brown toasted Malt
This collaboration with Belgian artist Harold Ancart led us to focus on the flavor of malted grains.
We explored the interesting texture and flavor of brown malt and found it perfectly matched with our white bean heirloom cacao chocolate. The adolescent brown malt with the cacao results in something extraordinary: sweet, bitter, crunchy & tangy; the malt flavor is maintained, even covered in chocolate.
Ingredients; organic heirloom cacao bean, organic toasted brown malt and organic cane sugar.
