It's made for the table more than the pocket. Pass it around after dinner, bring it to a host, or keep it close and break off a piece at a time.

Choose from pink peppercorn, cardamom, sea salt, hazelnut butter, pure dark, or dried fruits and nuts.

We also make it to order. Tell us what you'd like in it, whether that's toasted nuts, dried fruit, a rare spice or flowers, and we'll make a bark that is yours alone.

Like everything we make, it starts with heirloom cacao and organic cane sugar. We never add emulsifiers or preservatives.
