Hazelnut Praline
Roasted hazelnuts, ground smooth and set in 74% dark chocolate.

Crunchy Peanuts & Vanilla Creme
A dark chocolate shell around crunchy peanut butter and our own vanilla creme. The creme is made dairy-free, from cashews and real vanilla bean.

Gold Japanese Sesame Paste
Neri goma, a Japanese paste of gold sesame. It's deeply nutty and aromatic, with a touch of sesame oil to open up the chocolate.

Date Caramel
Not a classic caramel. We macerate Medjool dates with cashew cream for 24 hours, until it turns rich and naturally sweet.

Canyon Coffee Nibs & Cardamom
Guatemalan coffee from our friends at Canyon Coffee in Los Angeles, with cloud-forest cardamom. Caramelly and warmly spiced.

Black Toasted Sesame, Cacao Shell & Nibs
The whole bean, nib and shell, for crunch, with the smokiness of black toasted sesame.
