CARDAMOM

An aromatic, layered blend of 70% dark chocolate elevated with full bodied cardamom.   A grounding and warming experience, lightly spiced and enriching. 

 Ingredients: organic cacao, powdered cardamom, organic cane sugar.

PINK PEPPERCORN 

When dried, the rosy pink peppercorn berry becomes an extraordinary spice, prized for its delicate peppery avor. Blended with our heirloom cacao, the woody, scarcely smoky undertone and back notes resembling Angelica and Juniper are fragrant in the mouth, presenting a warm, citrus-pine avor with a faint oral note.

Ingredients: Organic cacao bean, Pink Peppercorn , organic cane sugar.

SEA SALT

Paired with sea salt, the astonishment of the bold Criollo chocolate on the tongue sends a savory kick like the piquancy of an ocean wave. Sweetness is a desire that starts on the tongue with the sense of taste but doesn’t end there. Perhaps that is the prototype for all desire.
